Mini Fruit Tarts

 


My husband just bought me 6 mini fruit tart pans. I used the same pastry dough and Bavarian cream as the Tartine fresh fruit tart recipe: Tartine's Fresh Fruit Tart with Bavarian Cream (bakingwjess.blogspot.com). I baked them for 8 minutes at 325 degrees F, brushed with egg wash, and then baked for an additional 9 minutes.
