One of my friends Lee bought this dish over for dinner and our family absolutely loved it! Especially by middle daughter. So tried to re-create it. Just be careful not to put too much soy sauce and black vinegar.
Ingredients:
- Sliced tofu noodle-five spice flavor (ready to eat)
- Soy Sauce
- Black vinegar
- Sriracha sauce
- Sesame oil
- Sugar
- Sesame seeds (garnish, optional)
Directions:
- Microwave the tofu noodle for 1 minute in the microwave
- Toss the tofu noodle in some soy sauce, black vinegar, sriracha sauce, and sesame oil. Then toss with sugar to taste. Then remove from sauce and place on another dish.
