Asian Hamburger

Served with lettuce, tomatoes, onions and Ketchup. Could also be served with Asian slaw (cole slaw  tossed with some brown sugar and seasoned rice vinegar) and Sriracha  mayo (1/2 cup mayo, 4 tspn Sriracha, 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard).

Marinated this the night before. I omitted the Sriracha and red pepper flakes. I added a little more Hoisin sauce, and also added garlic salt and dried onion flakes.
