Easy simple lunch or appetizer using the Flat-out bread Artisan Thin-Crust Pizza Crust! It comes in a pack of 6, so you can try different combinations. They have a bunch of different recipes here. Tried these 3 below.
For all 3, I baked them first for 2 minutes at 375.
Pear, gorgonzola, prosciutto, and arugula flat bread
Ingredients:
- 1 flat-out bread
- Chopped garlic, and a little olive oil
- 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 oz crumbled gorgonzola
- 1 pear, sliced
- 2 slices of prosciutto
- Some arugula
- Set oven to 375.
- Bake for 2 min at 375
- Brush with olive oil
- Spread a small amount of chopped garlic
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese and gorgonzola on top
- Bake for 4 more minutes at 375
- When done baking, top with prosciutto, pear slices, and fresh arugula
BBQ Chicken Pizza
Ingredients:
- 1 flat-out bread
- BBQ sauce
- 8 oz cooked, diced chicken
- Thinly sliced caramelized red onion
- Shredded mozzarella
- Pineapple (optional)
- Set oven to 375
- Bake for 2 min at 375
- Spread some BBQ sauce on top. Then add chicken, and mozzarella
- Bake for 4 min at 375
- When done baking, top with thinly sliced caramelized onions.
Flatbread with Red Onions, Basil and Parmesan
Ingredients:
- 1 flat-out bread
- olive oil
- chopped garlic
- slices of red onion
- Parmesan
- fresh basil
Directions
- Set oven to 375.
- Brush with olive oil and garlic
- Bake for 4 min
- Sprinkle with sliced red onion, chopped basil and Parmesan
