Cake Pops
Ingredients
- 1 box cake box
- 12 oz can of soda or seltzer water
- tub frosting
- semi-sweet chocolate
- Sprinkles
- block of Styrofoam or something that the pop cake sticks can stand in while the cake pops dried. I had to use a cardboard box and used a box-cutter to cut some holes into the cardboard box.
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350
- Mix cake mix with soda/seltzer water
- Bake according in rectangular pan according to package. I baked the cake mix in rectangular pan for 30 min.
- After cake has cooled. Mix in some frosting.
- Shape into round cake balls.
- Stick the cake balls into the freezer for 20 min.
- Melt semi-sweet chocolate. Dip balls into the melted chocolate. Top with sprinkles. you need to work quickly before the chocolate melts.
