Easy Cake Pops





Easy cake pop recipe that's vegan too! I bought the cake pop bags and sticks from Walmart. I also found some Vegan white chocolate form Nestle Toll house. 


Cake Pops

Ingredients
  • 1 box cake box
  • 12 oz can of soda or seltzer water
  • tub frosting
  • semi-sweet chocolate
  • Sprinkles
  • block of Styrofoam or something that the pop cake sticks can stand in while the cake pops dried. I had to use a cardboard box and used a box-cutter to cut some holes into the cardboard box.

Directions:
  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Mix cake mix with soda/seltzer water
  3. Bake according in rectangular pan according to package. I baked the cake mix in rectangular pan for 30 min.
  4. After cake has cooled. Mix in some frosting.
  5. Shape into round cake balls.
  6. Stick the cake balls into the freezer for 20 min.
  7. Melt semi-sweet chocolate. Dip balls into the melted chocolate. Top with sprinkles. you need to work quickly before the chocolate melts.
