My sister in law gave me this great vegan baking book, The Joy of Vegan Baking, knowing that my second daughter is allergic to eggs and dairy. I tried the No-bake chocolate pudding tart with brownie crust for my daughter's 8th birthday. She loved it and had fun making it with me.
