Roast Beef
1. Heat oven to 500 degrees

Place on foil on top of baking tray uncovered. Season steak with garlic powder and dry steak seasoning
3. For every pound, cook steak for 7 min. I had a 2.5 pound chuck roast, so cooked for 17 min
4. Leave in oven with door closed for 2 hours
