This is my first time making vegan green tea ice cream. It was actually pretty good and much easier to make than the custard version.

Green Tea Ice Cream
Ingredients

2 cups soy creamer
·
1 cup soy milk
·
½ cup sugar
·
3 tablespoons green powder
·
Dash salt
Directions
1.
Mix soy milk, soy creamer, sugar, and
dash of salt together.

Sift in the green tea powder. If you don’t
sift in green tea powder, it might be clumpy.
3.
Store this mixture in the fridge at least over
night.
4.
Next day, pour mixture into the ice cream
maker and let it churn for about 20 min.
5.
Placed churned ice cream in freezer to harden. It's best if you leave it in the freezer overnight before eating it.
