I didn't know this before, but to make swirled ice cream, you can't just drizzle chocolate into the ice cream maker while it is churning. You have to create those swirls after putting the ice cream into a loaf pan.
Vegan Vanilla Chocolate Swirled Ice Cream
Ingredients

1 cup soy milk
·
2 cups soy creamer
·
¾ cup sugar
·
2 teaspoons vanilla
·
Pinch salt
·
Chocolate sauce
·
Vegan chocolate chips
(optional)
Directions
1. Mix soy milk, soy creamer,
sugar, vanilla, and salt in bowl and chill overnight in fridge.
2. Make vanilla ice cream in ice
cream maker.
3. Transfer half of ice cream to
loaf pan. Squeeze chocolate sauce on top of ice cream layer. Top with rest of
ice cream and squeeze chocolate sauce on top. Swirl chocolate sauce with knife.
Make sure to work quickly because ice cream will melt quickly.
4. Store in freezer.
