Vegan Coffee Ice Cream

 



Vegan coffee ice cream (~from Lick It! Creamy Dreamy Vegan Ice Creams Your Mouth Will Love)

 

Ingredients

1 (14-oz can) full-fat coconut milk

1 ¼ cup soy milk

1/2 cup granulated sugar

2 tablespoons of instant coffee (we added an extra teaspoon of coffee and some extra sugar)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract)

 

Directions

Place all ingredients in a medium bowl and whisk until well combined. Cover and chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours. Then freeze in ice cream maker.
