Andes Creme de Menthe Chunk Cookies

My kids really like Andes mint chocolates so I frequently make these cookies on the holidays, using the recipe on the back of the package of Andes Crème de Menthe Baking Chips.  I didn’t make any modifications other than having to bake the cookies a little longer for 12 min and 30 seconds.
