Singapore Rib Soup

 

Ingredients

4.5 pounds ribs

2 spice packets, emptied

6 cups water

4 tablespoons light soy sauce and 2 tablespoons dark soy sauce,

2 tablespoons oyster sauce

Garlic powder

Chicken bouillon powder

 

Instructions

Put all ingredients in instant pot and cook for 40 min. Then do a quick release.

Serve with rice.
