Ingredients

pounds ribs

spice packets, emptied

cups water

tablespoons light soy sauce and 2 tablespoons dark soy sauce,

tablespoons oyster sauce
Garlic
powder
Chicken
bouillon powder
Instructions
Put
all ingredients in instant pot and cook for 40 min. Then do a quick release.
Serve
with rice.
