Made these into mini-tarts. Sophie filled and decorated them.

Combined different recipes to make this Matcha Raspberry Tart. Family and friends really liked this combination!

Matcha Raspberry Tart

Ingredients

Baked Sweet Tart Shell (Tartine's Fresh Fruit Tart with Bavarian Cream (bakingwjess.blogspot.com)

1 ¼ Matcha Custard (Green Tea Cream Puffs (bakingwjess.blogspot.com)

¾ cup heavy whipping cream

Raspberries

Confectioner’s sugar (optional)

Methods:

1.      Make Sweet Tart Tough. Bake Tart  (Tartine's Fresh Fruit Tart with Bavarian Cream (bakingwjess.blogspot.com)

2.      Make Matcha Custard Green Tea Cream Puffs (bakingwjess.blogspot.com)

3.      Make Matcha Bavarian Cream. Whip ¾ cup heavy whipping cream and combine with whipped cream and 1 ¼ matcha custard.

4.      Spread on cooled tart

5.      Decorate with raspberries and confectioner’s sugar.
