Coconut Jiggly Cat or Seal

 

We are heading to Tokyo soon and we saw that there is a café dedicated to making jiggly animal jellies. My daughters and I bought some animal molds and packets of jelly and were able to make it ourselves. This is an easy and cute dessert to make with the kids!

Coconut Jiggly Cat or Seal Jelly

EQUIPMENT

Animal mold(s)

INGREDIENTS

Packet of instant coconut jelly or any jelly that you want

Black sesame seeds

DIRECTIONS

1.      Make the jelly according to the packet’s directions

2.      Pour the jelly mixture into the animal mold and then cool in the fridge for several hours until solidified.

3.      Pour remaining jelly mixture into another pyrex dish and then allow that to cool to fridge.

4.      When animal mold has solidified, gently turn it onto a plate.

5.      Decorate eyes/nose with black sesame seeds
