Rawon Rib Instant Pot Soup

 

Ingredients:

·         3.7 lb pounds ribs

·         1 packet Rawon spice

·         4 cups of water

·         1 yellow onion, sliced

·         1 red onion, sliced

·         Salt and pepper

Instructions:

1.       Filled instant pot with 4 cups of water

2.       Added 1 sauce packet of Rawon

3.       Put ribs, 1 red and 1 yellow onion, sliced

4.       Cooked in instant pot for 40 min and then did a quick release

5.       Seasoned with salt and pepper to taste
