Jasmine Cupcakes

 


I made these for one of my oldest daughter’s school nights. I started with a box of cake mix and frosting so this an easy recipe to do on a work/school night!

 Jasmine Cupcakes

 Ingredients:

Cupcakes

1 box Pillsbury white cake mix

3 eggs

1/2 cup canola oil

3/4 cup jasmine green tea (steeped 4 teabags in 1 cup for 1 hr)

1 teaspoon jasmine extract

 

Frosting

1 jar of vanilla frosting

1 teaspoon jasmine extract

 

Instructions:

1.       Preheat oven to 350F

2.       Line 24 cupcake tins

3.       Combine all of the wet ingredients and then add the box of cake mix

4.       Spoon the batter into the lined cupcake tins

5.       Baked at 350F for 11 mines.

6.       While the cupcakes are cooling, mix jar of frosting with jasmine extract.

7.       Frost cupcakes
